Face-to-face therapy in Banbury for when life doesn’t feel quite right

Sometimes you can reach a point where something feels off, but you can’t quite put your finger on why.
You might notice yourself struggling to connect in a relationship, or feeling distant, alone, or disconnected.
Underneath this there can be a quiet sense of not feeling good enough or losing sight of your own worth.
These feelings can be painful, and it can be hard to talk about them on your own.
Often, these feelings don’t come out of nowhere. They can be connected to earlier experiences and relationships, shaping how you see yourself and how you relate to others.
I offer face-to-face therapy where we can gently make sense of what’s happening, at a pace that feels right for you.
I will work alongside you to explore these patterns with compassion and care, helping you to understand your emotions.
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and grounded in deep respect for your pace and process. This is a healing process that gently helps you understand who you truly are beneath the layers of hurt.
